"Would you like some more soda?" Nah, I'd prefer to keep staring at my empty glass, amirite?
by Anonymous13 years ago
I think it's polite to ask before just grabbing your glass....

I@305767 (LittleMexico): Agreed, it's just common courtesy. And it's not like it's so inconvenient to say "yes" or "yes please."
by Anonymous13 years ago
They're just too lazy to say "yes" or even to be asked a necessary question, because they're too full of themselves and they think they're better than everyone. Customers like that are the ones who make waiter/waitresses jobs hell
by Anonymous13 years ago
They also think the ones who serve them are mind readers. I bet they're one of those idiot customers you see on www.notalwaysright.com

Agreed.
by Anonymous13 years ago
i have friends who are waitresses and they teach you to ask.
by Anonymous13 years ago
OP, you seriously sound like an asshole sorry to break it to ya...
by Anonymous13 years ago
Meh, some people might not want more soda, so the waiter/waitresses ask.
by Anonymous13 years ago
I like when they bring you a refill without asking just as you finish your last drink. That's fucking service.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Its better when they ask. I'd hate for the world to go empty of Pepsi cause we wasted it all.
