I seriously doubt an alien invasion is ever gonna happen, considering we can't survive on any of the other planets because we're adapted to earth and earth only. What makes you think aliens are adapted to earth and could survive here? amirite?

we go to the moon with suits, if the aliens were smart they could make special suits to wear.

why would you want to invade a planet where you'll live in a suit forever and die the second you take it off when you can just stay where you are
