The reality is that there will always be someone whose opinion differs from yours - hell, some people still support Hitler now, even though he is generally a taboo subject that everyone assumes you abhor - and you don't need to check that your opinion is shared by millions of anonymous Internet users for it to be valid, amirite?

However, it's not healthy for that opinion to be exclusively negative. You are either your own most vocal supporter or your own most vocal critic, or both.
