+488 It seems that the Harry Potter movies get darker as he gets older, amirite?

The last movie(s) is(are) gonna be superbly mind blowing.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Which makes sense, his life gets worse as the years go by.

am I the only person that asks kids this question. If you've read the books, do you not already know how the movies are going to end up? The books came out long before the movie.... the movies aren't the only ones that get darker.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Lots of people that I know only watch the movies, and haven't even touched the books, which I find so weird since I've read them all like a gazillion times.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Spoiler Alert if you haven't read the book: Harry dies. The end.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Hahaha right! Rowling was like... Harry's dead. LOL jk, he's in limbo.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

(Your+name+(optional)): Harry doesnt die. ive read them all. stop being a troll

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Hey Harry does die, go read the book, he dies but is in limbo because wait another spoiler: HARRY IS A HORACRUX!!! OMG WIPE THE JIZZ OFF OF YOUR COMPUTER AND CONTINUE READING!! The horacrux dies with Harry but since Harry has 2 souls he is still technically alive. Thanks for playing. Owned.

Hmm, maybe it's because the 2nd most powerful wizard ever progressively comes back to life as the series goes on, and since he's hellbent on killing Harry, things get kinda dark....

by Anonymous 13 years ago

There's a huuge rift in the series between the first four books and the last three books. The end of the Goblet of Fire is the clear beginning of the darker parts of the series.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Because Harry becomes a whiney little bitch

by Anonymous 13 years ago

No, because Voldemort gains more and more control.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

If you think they're dark now, wait till part 2 comes out.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

After I saw Deathly Hallows, I decided to actually READ the books, and after I finished the first one I thought "that was kind of retarded, everything just works out perfectly herp derp." but then after i finished Prisoner of Azkaban I'm like "YEAH BUDDY." the end.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yeah, it's because Voldemort gets stronger and stronger. Obviously. If you read the books, you'd understand. The movies don't show everything important in the storyline. Just sayin.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I thought you were talking about the lighting in the movies.. Because since the Prisoner of Azkaban came out, the lighting has really sucked.. maybe i'm the only one..

by Anonymous 13 years ago

no ur not. ive noticed that. i thought it was my tv at first

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I was watching one of them one day, and I couldn't see the characters on the screen. It sucked. lol
