This joke is stupid and overused

I've played guitar for nearly seven years and not once has my g string broken. The high e string is almost always the first one to break, at which point you should replace all of them. This joke is neither funny nor true.

You obviously don't play your guitar to it full potential if you only break high e, its obviously a joke because Am is a very easy chord and has a little stain on the string, stop being a wannabe troll and FUCK OFF

I know it's a joke, I even referred to it as one, and how can I reach this full potential you speak of? I'm always eager to learn.

Way to copy this off MLIA

No, but I have broken my high e while fingering c. If you break your g string while fingering A minor then you were probably "playing" too hard ;D
