I've liked Eminem since his 'Stan' days, but I don't think he's a genius. He does have a nice flow. I actually don't really like his new stuff, like, 'Not Afraid' or 'Love the Way You Lie'. My favourite song by him is 'Beautiful'. (:

not really, ive been a fan ever since the slim shady and marshall mathers lp's. love the way you lie is only popular because rihanna sings the chorus. people think they're appreciating em, but they don't know the half of it.

I like his older stuff better. I don't like "Love the Way You Lie". His "Stan" and "My Name Is" days were much better. It seems like he's trying to be more current and fit in with the mainstream.

i hate "love the way you lie" it's craapy, i like the marshall mathers LP and the eminem show, my favorite songs of his are kim, guilty consience , stan, drug ballad mockingird and stuff like that, people who are "so in love with his music" now sometimes dont even know his old stuff, alot of people like his stuff not but when he took his break i didnt hear about a shitload of fans gawking over his work, and no he isnt the best rapper.

Doesn't he have other songs about life? Who I Am, Sing for the Moment, Stan, Beautiful, Kim, White America, Cleanin out my Closet, and so on? I like his Slim Shady stuff, and My Name Is is a work art, but his serious stuff is what I listen to him. The first song I heard by him was 4 years ago in 6th grade, and it was either My Name Is (is that the gateway song or something?) or My Dad's Gone Crazy, but I fell in love with his music because of Like Toy Soldiers.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that he has plenty of songs in which he talks about drugs and sex as well. I mean, have you heard "Must be the ganja"? What the fuck do you think that could possibly be about. I've even listened to his very first album, Infinite. Personally, I didn't like it too much but it was cool to see how his voice and style of rapping has changed over time. Plus, when the time comes, I think he should name his last album EMfinite.
