Well, you keep using them wrong, primarily. The apostrophe shouldn't be anywhere. Apostrophes are used in contractions and to show ownership. Yes, Asian is singular (I know an Asian). Asian's means that something is belonging to an Asian person. (That Asian's bike) or, if someone is named "Asian," then "Asian's bike." Asians means more than one Asian (Those Asians are from China). Any questions?
