Not many physical things, but moral or personal issues. Like, if you're one of those people who finds that it might interfere with their life, like someone who tries to avoid tv because they know they'd probably spend too much time watching it so they can't get what they need done, or if they have religious reasons to not do it.

Most girls do, but generally start doing it at a later age (like 16-18) than guys, who pretty much start as soon as they find their penis (seriously, newborn baby boys will grab on and not let go). I don't know why guys find it attractive though.

It is male nature. Doesn't matter the girl's appearance. In most cases, guys find a girl with sexual knowledge and open about sexuality attractive. They see them in more of a sexual light that they would not have been.

I have a feeling OP is a guy... Girls masturbate. And, at least in my group of friends, we're pretty open about it. With each other. Just the girls. Guys generally aren't telling me about jacking off, I'm not gonna tell them. So in conclusion: girls are open about masturbating (some of us) just not with guys (most of us).
