+311 Sometimes, when you don't know what you want to listen to, you should be able to click "shuffle" on your iPod and it asks what mood you're in. Then it plays the songs that correspond to that mood. amirite?

Except different people like to listen to different songs depending on their moods (your 'sad' might not be the same as my 'sad'). That's why you create playlists for your mood yourself.

Good point. Half the time I put it on shuffle and skip them, usually because I don't even know what mood I'm in. Just thought it was a good idea,=]

Create different playlists and shuffle the playlists. Or I think there's an option where you can sort your music by genre, but that's the lazy way to do it and it doesn't work quite as well.

Yeah, you can do this on a PSP. I still use it once in a while, it's surprisingly useful.

There's an app for that....

You could make a "Happy" playlist or a "Sad" playlist.
