It's cold where I live, I didn't chose to live here, my family did, I can't move away either because I'm so 13. So actually I didn't chose to live here.

Though I see your point, you also need to consider that there are a plethora of reasons why someone would choose to live somewhere, besides liking the climate. Maybe the person's family raised them there, or he/she was transferred due to their job, or they just don't have the money to move far enough away to make a difference in the weather.
