In the Wizarding World, Lord Voldemort is pretty terrible and all, but it would be nice to only have one bad guy to worry about in the Muggle world, amirite?

Voldemort isn't the only bad guy, he's just the biggest threat. That's like saying that Hitler was the only bad guy in the Holocaust time period.
