no way! Bear Grylls has his own camera crew and people helping him. Survivorman does everything on his own, and ACTUALLY survives on his own. Although I have to admit, Bear Grylls does have a badass name.

Yeah but he doesn't even get rescued, he just goes out and then does some stuff, but then basically just says "Ok, well, that's all for today. Time for me to go home."

he does it for a week. Then the helicopter comes and rescues him.

Yeah but, I think it's better if the person actually shows you where to find rescue in case the helicopter doesn't come...

He might, but Survivorman is boring as hell. Man Vs. Wild is actually interesting and keeps my attention.
