Well "Zyzzyva" is a word so I wouldn't be surprised if Scrabble added that one.

What? You can use the names of animals in Scrabble. "Cow" is the name of an animal, it's also a word.

You can use both the free spaces. Yes, it would be a terrible way to use both your free spaces, but Scrabble still thinks someone is going to do it.
