Because you can legally film sharks (even without written consent), but you can't legally film people dying with bathtub accident (especially not without written consent). Plus there might be more bathrooms in the world than sharks and they're more spread out than sharks... where with sharks, you semi-know where they're going to be, while the bathroom accidents can be anywhere with the bathroom.
