I always do because I always wonder if they did it on purpose...

Sometimes, I just absentmindedly copy what the teacher has written. I don't really try to understand it until I finish copying or the teacher explains. Because I'm essentially copying down letters, sometimes I copy their mistakes because I'm not paying attention.
