Okay,i believe transgender simply believes they are the opposite gender in their mind and not physically and may pose as the opposite gender (somewhat how some lesbians dress in boy clothes), I believe transsexual actually changes their gender (like with the surgery).

But if it makes them feel more comfortable with themselves why is it too far? You know how male and female brains are nurologically diffrent right? Well transgender people were born with the opposite brain to what their body is. If they have a sex change and can feel happy that they are who they truely are after and it doesn't hurt anyone I don't see a problem with it.

Transsexuals are the staying the same gender they were born as. They're just changing their outside sex to look more like their real gender. Also, trans doesn't equal gay. Although some straight trans people may live as homosexuals before realising who they really are, gay men don't want to be women, and lesbians don't want to be men. THE MOAR YOU KNOW
