Have you ever used winamp? It's way sicker than the itunes visualizer!

No idea what that is. I discovered the visualizer by accident one night and was way more excited than I should have been, so I made a post about it. Yep.

Yeah. Just play a song, and then (I guess?) hit control-T. I don't know for sure though, because I have a Mac and it's probably different for me.

It should... Yeah, I just googled it, and it said Control-T is how you do it for a PC.

Well... winamp is itunes only better. And if you don't own an ipod.... It's just a media player, just like windows media player or whatever. It just organizes your music/video and plays it.... I like it much better than itunes. I do own a gen 2 ipod shuffle though and that's the only reason I still have itunes, to get music on there. I use winamp, other times though.

Oh. I have iTunes because I have an iPod. So I guess that's why I didn't know about Winamp.

Makes sense, not a lot of people use it or know about it. I feel like if it was more popular, more people would like it better. It's like firefox or chrome over ie. The one people like to use most is ie, but it's often the one with the most problems. At least that's the way it was in my experience.

Yeah that's just one example though, besides you're probably nerdier than the average comp user, like me! Most of my friends like firefox or chrome better too. But being the observant observer I am, I notice that most people in general tend to just use the default browser which is ie for the most part. Other thing I was just using that as an example, another one could be openoffice over microsoft word. I'm just giving examples of things that generally come with the computer you buy. I used firefox/chrome, because they aren't default browsers when you buy a new computer. Unless you get a linux os, in which case, there are a shit load of browsers that come with it, but they're shit for the most part. i.e. Thunder Bird? Sea Monkey?

o.o....well firefox is basic common sense to everyone right? it's an option in our school computers too. I wouldn't say I was nerdier than most ppl. and how did the conversation come to this lol. imma go try visuelizer right now :D

Well Rice, like any other awesome invention, it all started with a dream.... I'm kidding, do you know about DeviantArt? If you download winamp, then you can download the different visualizers from there. Although I haven't downloaded a new one in a while, so I've forgotten where to look for it. Before I switched to winamp, I had whitecap which was good
