@wobuffet: that's what irritates me about 'truth' commercials and all the money wasted towards that kinda stuff, smokers KNOW the risks. In my opinions its that 'it could never happen to me' kinda mentality. Either way, they know, a weird ass commercial won't change their minds. And neither will a smart ass comment from a random stranger.

@kmxx244944: kids still know its bad. Unless they were born under a rock or something. I have an almost 5 year old, she could tell me smoking is bad for you when she was 2. Its not like its a secret.

Actually my nephew used to that all the time, he was 4 at the time. I found it to be pretty funny.
