You've been forced to sing a song in a foreign language class before, amirite?

I had to sing Dome Epais from the opera Lakme with my choir. That song was torture, seeing as the only time it goes below an A (the one above middle C) was for about 5 notes, and having an insane choir director didn't help.

La Cucaracha ♫
We had to sing to the beat of that song and Jingle Bells or something to learn more Infinitives.
Haha and she made us do it at least 2378462365x until the WHOLE class was singing. D:
But learning how to sing Irreplaceable by Beyonce in spanish was dope, though.

Some French song called Trop. No idea why we did, one kid sang it for the rest of the year no matter what class he was in. He also danced to it in class and did a split by accident.

We sang the days of the week in French and Spanish in sixth grade. Every year after that, we sang happy birthday in French.
But in chorus at a music camp I went to, we had to sing a song in Hebrew... >.< I am NOT familiar with that language, but I am with most others.

I took a Spanish I, and a Spanish II and we never sang any songs. It was always boring really...

It's not singing, but I learned to sign several songs in ASL.

In fifth grade I had to do a song, some dumb ballad about peace, with sign language accompanying it. It wasn't until later that I realized my music teacher had made up half of the "signs".

I'm going into French I this school year, but last year we sang Alouette.

In Year8, we had the same teacher for German and Music. We sand song in German and spoke German in music :/
It's a wonder why I didn't carry German on to GCSE. Or A Level to that matter.
Apprantly, she makes the A Level music students speak German. I have never felt so sorry for music nerds
