But it's not "Almonds and Joy", it's "Almond Joy" (Almond being the adjective here) so in other words it's "The Joy of Almonds" and therefore without almonds neither of the words would be relevant to the chocolate. And now, almond doesn't look like a word to me anymore.

You got it backward ... Almond Joy is Mounds with almonds added. yum
