+360 Once a child get's old enough, he or she should not use euphemisms for private parts. It's a penis, not a tinkie-winkie, amirite?

ok maybe tinkie-winkie is over the top...but i don't think everyone is comfortable using the words...not everyone is as forward as u maybe....in fact i would find it particularly rude if a guy that is not my boyfriend/husband used the word penis/dick around me...unless hes referring to a person being a "dick"

I think it's okay for kids under 12 at the most to say 'thingy'. One of my guy friends says it when around me(We are seventeen) so I don't feel uncormfortable, well at least until I tell him to pull his dick from his mouth and say the actual word.

Lol my little cousin calls them nuts!

It's good for kids to be comfortable with what they're actually called but there's nothing wrong with having a funny name for (insert body part here)

funny story, one of the kids in my sister's class (my sister is a teacher) was taught all the correct words. well one day she was on the swings and she must of had slight discomfort, she screamed out for all to hear: MY VULVA IS ITCHING.
