I think having a sports rivalry with your significant other would add an exciting, fun dimension to your relationship.

while for most people that's true, i like to fight with people about football and they get annoyed (mostly because i know my stuff and they dont) so i decided I need 2 things: a) someone who supports the same team as me. or the saints. b) a guy who knows more about football than me. which is hard to find sometimes.

I know more about football than you do. Let's get it on.

My fiance doesn't even like football. I'm a HUGE fan. I never thought I'd see the day where I'm arguing with him to watch the game. :| lol

True, it would really suck if you were non religious and your bf/gf was drastically religious and unsupportive of your lifestyle.

My boyfriends was raised to be homophobic and sexist.. I'm slowly getting him away from how he was brought up though. He's no longer sexist but is still somewhat homophobic.

My boyfriend got pissed at me because I was pro choice. We don't talk about that anymore.

I'm a liberal, pro-choice, atheist, sports fanatic from the suburbs and my girlfriend is a conservative, pro-life, Christian, non-sports fan from the country.

My gf is a fish with a mustache.

I don't date ppl who are vastly different from me. It's just too much work and time spent hiding parts of ourselves to avoid conflict to have a good time with each other.
