Some people just don't deserve life. It's not fair that she gets to live the rest of her life while those poor pups never got a chance because that cruel person got a hold of them. My pup Simon is lying next to me right now.

And by that token, do you not deserve to live for thinking that? How about the people who hit the guy because they thought he didn't deserve to live. Or just imply ruining someones life because of accidentally hitting him whether or not they wanted to? It's difficult to decide who deserves to live or not, especially one person's decision. That's why we have a justice system where the people decide the best action to take.

I think he/she is referring to the people who would have hit the girl if she decided to jump in the middle of a highway. That's ruining someone else's life too. I can't comment too much because I didn't see the video. But from the comment, I'll say this: they were just puppies. People here are reacting like the person through live babies. Maybe the person needs help. And who are we to decide who's evil...? I mean maybe we should all go to prison to because we indirectly support sweatshops and most of us are aware of this fact, yet no one does anything about it. Would that be considered evil too...? Just my 2 cents.

Just puppies? Those puppies were babies too. Just because they are not human doesn't mean that they are less than and deserved what happened to them. That video was horrible, at one point you could hear one of those puppies screaming (Like he knew what was about to happen). I don't think the girl deserves to get hit by a car but what she did was so wrong I couldn't even finish watching the video.

Yes, they were just puppies. I'm sorry to say that even in medical science (any many more sciences), animals are used as test subjects instead of humans. I'm not saying I would throw baby puppies in a river myself, because I wouldn't. But I'm saying that some people are reacting as if she had murdered humans. You may value animal's lives the same as humans, but personally, I don't. Saying that, however, I do love my pets and if I would fight for them, but if I had to chose between the life of a human over the life of an animal, I would choose the human. The people here are also trying to justify throwing the girl in front of a moving car, and by thinking that, we wouldn't be much better than the girl, would we? I think that people like that need help, not the death sentence. It's not helping anyone to send someone to prison for the rest of their lives or taking away their life, which was my main point. My other point is that it's hard to decide who's evil or not.

(Continued) ...because although what she did may be considered evil, we can't conclude she is evil or that she was even in the right mind at the time (or if ever) because we don't know enough about her circumstances to come up with a verdict (As I'll put it). Like my example, although most of us don't directly support sweatshops, we indirectly support it by buying clothes made in sweatshops. Does that make us evil? No, because we aren't morally supporting it. But, what we are doing results in evil consequences such as the abuse of sweatshop workers. The point of the example is that while we commit evil actions, it doesn't make us evil ourselves (which is what some people are already labeling her)

O.K. Anyone that knows me knows that I feel the same way you do. I value human life more than animal life as well, but If you saw this video you would be so disgusted. Like I said before, I don't think that girl deserves to get hit by a car but I do think something needs to be done about that girl (Counseling, something, ANYTHING). Because what she did was so wrong on so many levels. I am also wondering about the person who filmed the video. I bet it's a grown up and something needs to be done about that person as well because this person is probably teaching this kid how to not care about the value of life.

No, because the evil person killed *innocent puppies* and *laughed* about it!!! So they're evil. Death might be a bit extreme, but they should spend the rest of their life in prison, and be forced to watch the tape they made of it over and over until they realise what a horrible person they are.

It's disgusting. In some Eastern European countries, they do that if they can't sell the puppies or if the mother has way too much. It makes me so sick. I'm not going to bother to watch the video because I'll burst into tears. WHat an idiot, to film something like that?

When you take the life of something that is so incredibly innocent that it can't defend for itself, then you put a spot on your own soul. The fact that she was smiling as the puppies squealed, just made me want to throw up. Who the hell.... It gets me so angry. I hope 4chan destroys her life.

...I think everyone noticed the spelling mistake. Also, I watched the video and the bucket the puppies were in was massive, so I think it was actually more than a gallon... (Poor puppies. :( )

It's scary that people have so much control over other living being's lives. It would be so easy for someone to go buy a puppy from a pet store then take it home and abuse or murder it. People should be required to obtain a licence and background check in order to adopt any animal. If people need a licence to do something as casual as fishing, they should need a licence to adopt a pet and, on the same note, to have a child. I suppose it would make life much more difficult but it would probably prevent a lot of pain and suffering.
