No, there's a very distinct path for farmville addiction, with four stages. Stage 1: "OK, so I just grow this stuff, and send you gifts? Alrite, I can do that." Stage 2: "MOVE OUT OF MY WAY! MY GRAPES ARE ABOUT TO WILT!" Stage 3: "My crops are dying, I have 50 gift requests, but its not fun anymore...I just don't see the point..." Stage 4: *turns off all Farmville related announcements and never looks back.
