+295 It's very funny how lots of the canadians on here seem to have 'canadian' in their names or they make sure to tell you pretty straight off they are from Canada, amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I was gonna say "no way" and then leave a comment saying I'm from Canada and not like that but then I realized...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

hahaha exactly hey? We can't help it... but maybe cuz our country rocks! lol even tho I find that most people in Canada don't seem to be very patriotic, we still always emphasize where we are from :P

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I know. It's like people aren't proud of being Canadians. They're proud of not being Americans.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Exactly! haha Thinking about that, I can come up with sooo many times something along those lines of being "proud not to be american" was said.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I wish I could be proud of not being American

by Anonymous 13 years ago

How do you know? If they don't pay they're Canadian at all, you wouldn't know if they are. It just so happens that you notice all the ones who state it and are up front about it :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

damn canadians and their huge egos. you know your country isnt that great either.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Our country is incredible. Most countries are made out of land, but Canada is composed of 50% concentrated awesome, 45% snow, and 5 % maple syrup.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Well said. :)

I'm in love.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Does the "c" in your name happen to be for Canadian?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

If I was on a Canada-dominated site I'd definitely make note I was from the US.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

(Shorkian) more like 10% maple syrup

by Anonymous 13 years ago

That's not how you reply, btw.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Woops, rookie mistake

It's this land that shapes us. There's a reason why we run off the dock instead of "tippy-toe" in. It's because that water is frozen 6 months a year, and that frozen water brought on a sport that we can call our own. This land is unlike any other! We have more square feet of awesomeness per person than any other nation on Earth. It's why we flock towards lakes, mountains, rivers and streams. We know we have the best backyard in the world and we get out there every chance we get. Because it's not just the great outdoors we're chasing, it's FREEDOM, and this place gives it to us at every turn. Here, we're free to chill out, free to unwind and free to wind up. So, here's to everything this land gives us. Molson Canadian says it the best. <3 Canada.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

(I AM FROM CANADA :)): Well said :) totally recognized it as molson Canadian right away ! LONG LIVE THE POLAR BEAR RIDERS.... Jk

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It's because we are proud to be Canadian :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Theres nothing wrong being proud of where you come from. I personally would take Canada over America any day of the year.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Who cares, Canada is just America's hat. P.S. Justin Bieber is Canadian

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Also I totally forgot about the best comercial ever. Boy(America) sees girl(Canada) on park, boy asks "what are you doing", girl says "Same thing you're doing, just girlier".

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I don't have a problem with Canada, but all of the Canadians I know personally seem waaay too proud of their country.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Americans are waaaaay more proud of America than Canadians are of Canada.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Who cares, America is just Canada's beard. P.S. Miley Cyrus is American.
