Well technically public school considers people in advanced classes, like AP/IB to also be "special education" because it's different than normal classes, and people who naturally excel inthose classes supposedly see the world slightly different than the average student. But a school for the gifted isn't a mental institution. it's a MUTANT institution. Go X-MEN!
