There should be a law where you can run over bicyclist that are riding in the road when there is a sidewalk right beside the road, amirite?

In many places, cyclists aren't allowed on the sidewalk.

It just gets annoying when there is an empty sidewalk, and not only does the cyclist ride in the road, he chooses to ride in the middle of the lane so you can not even pass zip passed him/her.

well there IS a law, in the UK anyway that cyclists can get fined £30 for riding on the pavement.
