You can't bullshit your way out of it EVERYONE goes for looks first. Hence the reason you don't start talking to people you're not physically attracted to.

Wrong! I go for personality! I personally don't care too much about looks. I'd rather have an ok looking guy with a great personality than a hot douchebag.

No no no. You're telling me you starting talking to people, but never look at them until you have gotten to know them as people? No, you obviously look at someone, be it consciously or subconsciously say "hey, I'm physically attracted to that person, I'm going to get to know them more"

Actually, my best guy friends are pretty average looking (no offense guys!) and I've never had a boyfriend. I will admit, looks are a bonus, but personality is the most important for me.

I agree. I started talking to my current boyfriend just because I thought he was funny, then found out how sweet he was. I liked him for his personality. Over the summer he started working out and grew his hair out... Now he's gorgeous ;)
