Yeah. Homocide means to 'kill/cut' a 'human.' But, it doesn't sound near as bad as MANSLAUGHTER. That's the point of this post.

From a legal standpoint, there's voluntary and involuntary manslaughter, depending on the intent and carrying out of a killing. Homicide is just when they don't know who killed someone and why.
