What are you talking about, gays do have rights. In fact, they have every single right you have, barring the occasional weird state law.

No, I mean they have the same marriage rights as everyone else too. They, like all of us, have the right to marry someone of the opposite gender. The movement to allow gay marriage isn't giving gays a right denied to them, it's creating a new right altogether. And the creation of said right, for the record, it's an act I'm in support of.

(LamWin):I know what you were saying, what I meant was that because gay marriage is illegal in many places people who support gay marriage say that their rights are being taken away. But marriage in general isn't actually a right, it's a life choice.

When I say "rights" I mean the right to marry who they love, regardless of gender. Gender is irrelevant when it comes to love.
