Raisin' Canes Chicken Fingers is probably Louisiana's most popular franchise. Essentially, it is a fast food restaurant that serves fried chicken fingers with "Canes Sauce". Canes sauce is probably the best sauce every concocted. Raisin Canes also serves toast, fries, and other sides, but other than that the menu is pretty simple. I don't think the franchise has made it outside the state of Louisiana.

Even though I live in Texas my local channels get their signal from Shreveport. I have seen these commercials but never the actual place.

I've never seen a Raisin' Canes commercial, but I remember the restaurant being mentioned as a sponsor of some shows on PBS Kids.

I live in Oklahoma and I've only seen one here. It's good but not my favorite. Except the toast. That stuff is the shit.
