I remembered a case about a couple that had twins and one was black and the other was white, so I googled it and apparently it's happend a few times but it is rare.

It can happen, because of recessive genes and such, and it can happen in fraternal twins, who are really biologically no more alike than normal siblings. But, I agree with the post in that it's probably Disney trying to push the diversity factor.
