They're not stupid questions for them. Don't be mean.
It doesn't matter if it isn't stupid for them, it's stupid for everyone else so it's a stupid question.
So if a little kid asks you a question that everyone your age knows thats considered stupid? People have different learning capabilities. A lot of disabled people are smarter in different ways then youll ever be, maybe to them your questions are stupid.
If I said "Dude are you a chair?" does that count as a stupid question?
If a guy with autism asked the exact same question, would that make it a good question?
No, but there's a difference between not being a good question and a stupid question.
Two of my family members are disabled, because of it ive had the pleasure of meeting a lot more people who happen to have disabilities. Autisim is a spectrum most children who have it wouldnt ask such a question because they can understand the difference. Though they may jokingly ask because to them it would be considered funny.
Lol, no it isn't.
Speaking of stupid questions, my step brother once asked me where fish go when it rains. He's fifteen.
Why would they need to go somewhere?
That depends on your definition of "stupid". I haven't actually been to a special-ed class, but I do know and talk to two people who go to them, and I've never heard them ask anything that I'd regard as stupid.
Wow. Just wow.
