If you truly died in a dream your brain would believe it was actually dead and shut down, and you would die in real life. So unless Hell has wifi, I doubt you actually died in that dream.

Are you sure you didn't wake up as you died? And this might not be completely true, but I do know that you can die from having a heart attack from a nightmare. You'd probably have to have a weak heart though.
