+71 "Half full and half empty" is a flawed concept. If you view it as half empty, you're likely to panic and search out a source of more, thus neglecting and wasting what you have. If you view it as half full, you are likely to continue drinking contently, thinking you have enough, thus using up what you have. We should ask ourselves, "Whose glass is completely empty?" and give to them, amirite?

I was just saying someone who views it as half empty would focus more on the emptiness rather than the fact they have anything, and doing so would waste what they have.
