One armed hugs should be considered a federal offense, amirite?

Better than no hugs. What if the person only has one arm?

There shouldn't be jail time for it, but there should definitely be a fine involved (expect in a few unusual cases where a side hug or other one-armed hug is the only option). One-armed hugs are just sub-par.
