Those kids get books of all the questions to study before the season starts. "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader" is full of lies! Also, I'm pretty sure 9 out of 10 of the kids are short grown-ups in their 20's- just like the kids on Dawson's Creek!

A) There are only 4 kids (If I remember from a month ago, and B) I agree with you XD I never learned astronomy in 4th grade or History/Science in 1st. LIES!

I'm a Norwegian 14 year old. I know most of the answers, and I've never had any American History and most of the other subjects.

I'm actually watching this right now (actually it just got over). I always think that to myself whenever I watch that show. I think they lie when they say that they get all their stuff from textbooks from that grade (like the 4th grade questions come from 4th grade textbooks, etc.) Or maybe they get all their question ideas from gifted school textbooks.

I know~ I don't know about you, but I didn't lear Astronomy in elementary school. Heck, I am almost in High School and I haven't learned that NOW.

Same with me. I'm in the 9th grade and I still haven't learned a good 1/2-2/3 of the stuff on that show.
