They do! Well, not a spray but a cream. Indians often use it because in their culture being pale is a sign of beauty and hierarchy rather than being tan. I guess it's like bleach for the skin!
Before the 40s, pale and fat people, almost everywhere, were perceived as wealthy because they weren't working out in the fields all day.

... But then wouldn't you look like the Cullens on Twilight? And who wants to look like that? It's like... as if you've dipped your body in a big tub of flour... then rubs cream over it. Gross.

They don't look that pale. They just look unnatural. It's just kinda sick. They don't look like what they are described as in the book... They just look like some actors who have regular skin and who have horrible makeup artists.
yeah I meant like different tints of pale based on your natural skin color. That would be a cool idea.
