Parent's never know when their own kids lose their virginity, amirite?
by Anonymous13 years ago
my parents experienced it
by Anonymous13 years ago
I told my mom. More people should tell them instead of hiding it.
by Anonymous13 years ago
i told my mom too, cause i wanted to be responsible and get on birth control.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Ditto.
by Anonymous13 years ago
You can get birth control without telling your parents...
by Anonymous13 years ago
yes, but i didn't have a source of money or a ride to the doc, and bc i was under 18 my parents had access to my records. i know you can get it elsewhere w/o telling your parents, and i congratulate those that take that route when necessary.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Most parents would flip out so yeah

I had to tell my mom about 3 months afterword because i had a cyst on one of my ovaries but didnt know what the problem was at first. it was the most awkward conversation of my life
by Anonymous13 years ago
ew
by Anonymous13 years ago
How is that ew? You can get cysts anywhere, this one just so happened to be on one of my ovaries. It's not like it was gross, it was just uncomfortable and then painful.
by Anonymous13 years ago
That wouldn't be a problem if you actually followed your supposed faith, and kept your virginity.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Why must religion always be brought up? What if the poster was atheist?
by Anonymous13 years ago
Linds said she was a Christian. And she's whoring around.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Whoring around? excuse me, but you dont even know me. I've been with my boyfriend for nearly two years and he's the only one I've ever been with.
by Anonymous13 years ago
I had to tell my mom after I got an ingrown hair, because I thought it was an STD! I didn't talk to my boyfriend for a week until I went because I was so pissed. It wasn't though Hahaha BUT SUCH AN AWKWARD CONVO!
I came and sat on her bed... "Mom...what's this?" *Pulls down shorts*
"I don't know, it looks like Herpes Simplex or something"
....
"You know you can get that if someone's mouths down there..."
"Eww.. Mom...... It's got to be from a TaNnInG BeD"
....
"Um..Ok.."
Then she was like, "Do you want Birth Control?"
"No"
"Okay. Your appointment is this Friday"
Don't know why I felt like sharing, probably wanted to take embarrassment off your cyst.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Oh man, that would have been awkward haha. But thanks for sharing to help ease any embarrassment lol
by Anonymous13 years ago
Unless you get caught in that act :o lol that would be pretty awkward
by Anonymous13 years ago
That unnecessary apostrophe is bothering me.
by Anonymous13 years ago
If I ever get a kid, I'm always going to convince myself that they're an untouched angel.
And if anyone tells me differently, I'd stab them.
by Anonymous13 years ago
That's kind of like how we all tell ourselves that our parents never have sex. (:
by Anonymous13 years ago
Here's how I found out my friend from Elementary school lost it:
Dad: Did you know Katie lost her virginity?
Me: ...No...How do you know?
Dad: Her mom told me.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Unless you live in the south, there they experience it
by Anonymous13 years ago
My parents think I lost it to my current bf, 4 years ago. Too bad it was gone almost 2 years before that. Anyways, its not that I lied or anything, they just never asked. One time...my dad and bf got in a fight. My dad was screaming and pushing him, my bf said 'wtf did I do to you?' My dad said, 'you fucked my daughter!'.... Most awkward thing ever.
by Anonymous13 years ago
If and when I become a parent, I hope my kid(s) trust me enough to tell me when they do, I think I'd be able to undertand and be a realist about it...
by Anonymous13 years ago
Well, for parents of kids that waited, they know their child lost their virginity on their wedding night.
by Anonymous13 years ago
They certainly would know if they walked in on you...
by Anonymous13 years ago
It's going to be really obvious when I lose mine.. considering it will be on my wedding night. Might be a little awkward to face my parents for the first time after that...
by Anonymous13 years ago
I bet this is really awkward for Linds, everyones just kinnda talking about her cyst.
by Anonymous13 years ago
I never told my parents, because i knew they would absolutely loose their midns even though i was 18 at the time. see i live in NYC so i went to a free clinic and got birth control :) one of the great things abt living here, free clinics are everywhere. anyway I told them when I moved out and the could freak out all they want lol. I think I did the right thing, because i know my parents would have kicked me out.
by Anonymous13 years ago
uh, yeah. me telling my dad that i got my period was awkward enough, i don't want to have to tell him that i'm not a virgin anymore.
