Semites tended to be a bit whiter than their Arab neighbors, but they still had brown eyes and curly black hair. The movies/paintings/etc that portray Jesus as a pale, blue eyed, straight haired skinny guy in a white bathrobe are wildly inaccurate. So if that's what you meant, then yes.
