+318 Some of these cooking shows can't possibly expect anyone to be able to make that food. Nobody has half the stuff they use. You hear things like, "Then just get out your spice imported directly from Kazikstan..." "Take out your 3 1/4 inch meat cleaver..." "Make sure you have your propane torch ready..." amirite?

I thought meat cleavers and blow torches were commonplace items in most American kitchens, though. Huh. I dunno, it must be this imported Kazakh spice muddling my thoughts.
