+165 It's exciting when you get your class ring, but you'll probably wear it only in your remaining years of high school then it'll collect dust in a box, amirite?

I didn't even get one. I have no school pride whatsoever.

Like the guy above, I didn't get one either. I had school pride, but I had the wisdom to see that it's a useless chunk of metal and rock.

I didn't know anyone bought class rings tbh, i thought they were a giant waste of money.

In my school, sophomore year is when you order the class rings. My parents wanted me to get one because they think it would be nice to have, but I am just a sophomore and don't like my school, so I don't really value the ring that much :/ it makes me sound ungrateful but it is true..

I have absolutely no idea what a class ring is.

It's like a ring you can personally design based on the things you do in high school. They sell them in most jewelry stores or you can buy them through your high school, but they can run you up to $400.

Most of the girls in my school get them, and usually wear them at least until they get a college ring. In fact, I very rarely take mine off.

yea, after high school I never looked back. I mean high school isn't exactly the best of times

Not true. You can also sell it for money. Both my parents sold their class rings. We got 400 bucks!
