Can blind people see dreams? Or their thoughts? amirite... amirite?

They actually cant if they have been blind long enough because the part of the brain responsible for vision is involved for inner visions to an extent also. When they go blind that part of the brain can become inactive or if they were born blind it would not function. I recall hearing about it on tv once on some sciencey program.
