i was never afraid of the opposite gender... but i was embarrassed when kids made fun of me for hanging out with girls, so i joined in the whole cooties thing. lol

5th grade was when I actually started hanging out with guys. All of my friends from kindergarten moved away except one girl, and she never played with boys.
