I used to rinse mine out with water, thinking it was perfectly fine and I was on track with maintaining dental hygiene... until I found out you're not supposed to rinse your mouth out! So yeah, after that I didn't rinse, but I can never get used to that taste and I will NOT, under any circumstances, swallow my saliva for at least 15 minutes. I prefer to spit it out on a tissue and bin it. >_>
