Well technically you can but they probly wont be racist. Though I am not physically blind, I grew up "colorblind" in a sense (not literally, I see colors perfectly fine) but I went to an elementary school that was mostly black kids-I didnt even realize it until I moved and went to a school with like no black kids.

The same way you would explain it to anyone else. They still know what colours are. They're blind, not stupid.

But imagine how different it must seem to them. They don't /really/ know what colors are. Not in the truest sense. All they know is that there's something different about certain people that some discriminate against them because of, but they can't really picture what it is that's different. Sure, they can understand the concept when it's explained to them, like any other person. But inwardly they're probably like 'What the hell?'

You replace colour with smell. 'smell that guy who smells like curry? Yeah we don't like him' 'smell that guy who reaks of fried chicken? Yeah we don't like him' or touch, 'feel this guy with real fuzzy hair and a big nose? This means jew or black, we don't like either.' Wasn't so hard. Hell voice works too.

Accents. Not all non-white people have accents, but some black people have an accent, then there's asian accents, mexican accents, the ability of a foreigner to speak a certain language, etc.
