+276 Sometimes you wonder if you're living life the right way. Is life working hard and being rewarded or is it having fun, or something completly random that no one ever thought of, amirite?

I think it's about happiness. It makes sense that the meaning of life is to be happy and make others happy. Nothing else matters.

me too, but it's like, being a part of society means getting somewhat of an education and a job, and you spend your hole life doing these things, and if these things don't suit you, it's hard. It's nearly impossible making a living with no college education, I calculated what it would be like making min wage 8 hours a day 7 days a week and paying 400 a month for a studio appartment, and I still came up 100 bucks short for all of the expenses. It's hard to find a different way unless you are talented lucky and (usually) beautiful and get famous. I'm kinda one of those people and I'm trying to find my path

I'm in the same boat. Stuck in America. No job. No college education. No money and need to save $1800 for a plane ticket by Jan... But it's not just now, it's life. Life is hard like that, and only the .00001% of people who win the lottery have it easy. The rest had to work for their money and I guess happiness too.

Well wait until you're older. Looking back, when I was 16 life was a breeze.

oh god, why!?!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

not talented lucky and beautiful I mean as in I would say I'm pretty smart, but conforming is difficult.

The purpose of life is to serve God.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

The best I can say is, it doesnt matter how much money you make as long as you are happy and healthy. I've met people that just travel around, they havnt had a home in a while but they seem pretty happy. Go on lots of adventures,do some crazy shit, you are only 16 you can still do anything.Community college isnt all that bad, i'm going to one and its uber cheap/wayyy better than high school (college teachers are just cooler, and you dont get treated like a child). I believe I can experience/do almost anything, Im 19. I already have a shitload of amazing stories and it's just the beginning. Oh and dont get prego, im waiting like 10 years for that, I got too much awesome shit to do first-thank you birth control

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Ohh no i am not getting prego any time soon haha, well not on purpose, i use bc. but shit happens, and i would keep that little bundle of shit

To me, it's about taking risks and living it up. Having fun is what it's all about.(: But I also think life is about changing as many lives (for the better, of course) as you can. Doing simple things like donating clothes to a shelter or letting someone know they dropped their wallet are ways to improve other's lives.:)

The purpose is love. To love others and yourself. And find the one that loves you back.
