Some people cannot grasp the concept of price vs. quality. They just buy everything at the very cheapest price possible. Payless loves those people. Payless also loves 15-year-old girls with a limited pay cheque.

You can get American Eagle shoes from Payless. The quality isn't that great but it wasn't when they were selling them at 3X the price at American Eagle either.
