+610 Why is it that the letters on a keyboard are uppercase, but when you type them they come out lowercase? amirite?

Little known fact: if you hold the shift key and the letter you are typing it will show up as upper case or if you want to make a whole sentence capital you can push "caps lock" and it will make every letter you type capital.

i guess because some lowercase letters look too much alike, but uppercase ones all look different

Upper case on keyboard to differentiate between letters more easily, come out lower case as lower case is used more than upper case.
