+409 The best songs are the ones where you can actually hear the emotion in the singer's voice, amirite?

What if it's an instrumental? Hehehe... x]

Sometimes you can hear the emotion being put into an instrumental song.

Yeah, I know that. I'm a big fan of instrumentals. I'm just saying you excluded those from your post. (This was a failed attempt at a friendly nudge....-sigh-)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

lol I left them out because there have already been posts about emotion in instrumentals and I HATE reposts.

The reason I like soul music, there's so much emotion in that genre.

The perfect example for this is I Don't Love You by My Chemcial Romance.. Or Cancer by MCR.

Ever heard of Burn Season? Their songs are filled with emotion. Awesome band.

I just looked them up; they're class :)

I'm glad you liked them :) my favorite songs by them are Carry On and Closer. Unfortunately, they only have one album.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yeah, I liked Carry On, haven't heard Closer yet..

I don't know if you're in to metal, but another band that sings with a lot of emotion is Underoath. They're one of my favorites :) and if you want me to stop bugging you with suggestions, just say so.

I do like metal too :) And, no, I like these suggestions; Burn Season are great and I probably wouldn't have heard of them otherwise.. I'll look up Underoath.

Their best album (in my opinion) is Define the Great Line. Try something off of there.
